Enable session reminders
After completing your first session, the app will ask if you want session reminders. Say yes. You'll get a notification on your training days at 7am โ nothing more, nothing less. You can turn them off any time in Profile settings.

Complete your weekly check in
Every Monday the app prompts a 2-minute check in โ five questions about last week. Your answers personalise your programme for the coming week. It takes less time than making a coffee.
Common questions
Is my training data shared with my employer? โผ
No. Your individual training data โ weights, sessions, check in responses โ is stored only on your device. Your employer sees anonymised, aggregated team data only. They cannot see what you lifted, how you rated your session, or anything else specific to you.
What if I have no gym experience? โผ
The programme is built for all experience levels. During setup you'll complete a short assessment that places you in the right programme for where you are right now. The Starter tier is specifically designed for beginners โ it teaches the fundamental movements before adding any serious load.
Do I need gym equipment? โผ
The Starter programme requires only dumbbells and a pull up bar โ both available in most gyms and many homes. The Active and Performance programmes use barbells and machines. All equipment requirements are listed clearly before each session.
How long are the sessions? โผ
You choose during setup โ 30, 45, or 60 minutes. You can also switch before any session. The programme adapts to whatever length you select, so there's no excuse for skipping.
What does the AI assistant do? โผ
The AI assistant answers questions about your training, form, nutrition, and recovery. It knows your programme and your recent session data so its answers are specific to you. It cannot diagnose injuries or give medical advice โ for that you should see a professional.
What if I miss a session? โผ
Life happens. The programme doesn't reset because you miss a day. Log back in on your next scheduled training day and pick up where you left off. The weekly check in on Monday is a good place to acknowledge it and refocus for the coming week.
