By accessing or using the Work & Fit platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
Work & Fit Ltd is a corporate wellness platform provider. We provide structured fitness and wellness programmes to organisations for use by their employees. Access to the Platform is provided to employees through a licence agreement between Work & Fit Ltd and the employing organisation.
Important: All training programmes, exercise guidance, and nutritional information provided by Work & Fit is for general informational and wellness purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, physiotherapy, clinical nutritional therapy, or medical diagnosis. Before beginning any new exercise or nutrition programme, consult a qualified medical professional. You participate entirely at your own risk.
The Work & Fit AI assistant is restricted to general fitness and wellness guidance only. It will not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe specific calorie targets, or provide clinical mental health support. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
All content on the Work & Fit Platform — including training programmes, exercise guides, nutrition guidance, platform design, and written content — is the intellectual property of Work & Fit Ltd and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Access to the Platform is provided through a monthly licence fee paid by the Client organisation. Individual Users do not pay directly — access is provided as an employee benefit. Billing and cancellation terms are set out in the Service Agreement between Work & Fit Ltd and the Client organisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Work & Fit Ltd shall not be liable for any injury or physical harm arising from participation in our programmes, any loss of data, any indirect or consequential damages, or any loss arising from reliance on AI assistant responses.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if your employer's licence expires. You may stop using the Platform at any time and reset your profile using the "Reset Profile" function in settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
